In-house, we boast a team of full professionals and tradespeople capable of handling projects from land sourcing to handing over the keys, encompassing groundworks, construction, electrics, gas, and tiling. All our tradespeople hold certifications from professional bodies.

For your peace of mind, we offer legal protection for your investments through a legal charge, ensuring that the asset covers both the purchase price and refurbishment costs. We also provide guarantees backed by external collateral in certain situations, with a focus on properties that offer substantial profit potential. Option Two: Invest in Projects and Resale

  • Investors contribute funds, and we identify promising assets, add value, and facilitate resale.
  • Profit-sharing, with profits deducted for the investment and refurbishment costs.

Option Three: Invest in Project and Manage

  • We source suitable assets for you and charge a “sourcing fee.”
  • Entrust us with the task of improving the site, such as converting it into an HMO, and managing the asset on an ongoing basis.
