How Can You Work With Us?

Option 1

BECOME A FINANCE PARTNER

A percentage is agreed and paid at anniversary – normally no less than 10%. Institutional investment amounts can vary between £150K to £50m. We have different and affordable options for individual investors and can provide guarantees against finance provided.

Option 2

INVEST IN PROJECTS FOR RESALE

You invest money. We find good assets, we add value & resale. We split profits (minus your investment and refurb costs).

Option 3

INVEST IN MANAGED PROJECTS

We source you good assets. You pay us a “sourcing fee” AND give us the work to improve the site i.e. convert into a HMO and on-going management of asset.
